Are there any hidden charges?
There will be no broker fees at any point of the mortgage journey from Shaw-Smyth Mortgages. There may be charges from the lender; however, any fees or charges will be explained in full so that you can come to an informed decision.
How long does the whole process take?
There are multiple factors that can impact the mortgage process. However, you will be kept up to speed throughout the whole process.
On average, the application process takes around 2 to 3 weeks.
